- Pricing reflects a 12 hour rental (12 noon – 12 midnight).
- Rental of space includes the use of tables and chairs for up to 200.
- NYE pricing is the same as Saturday pricing in the May – Oct season.
We can also host your ceremony! Indoor and outdoor ceremonies are an option at The Mill Site. A ceremony fee of $500 includes 2 additional hours of rental – 14 hour rental (10am – 12 midnight) set-up / takedown of additional seating, and a 1 hour rehearsal.

*Please note: a 3% fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
*A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the rental fee is required to book your date. The remaining balance will be due no later then 6 months prior to event date. Events booking within 6 months of event date need to be paid in full upon booking.
